24kW Worcester Bosch 1000 Combi Boiler

Service Description

This booking is for replacing an existing combination boiler with the 24kW Worcester Bosch Greenstar 1000. The price is for a supply and fit service where the followings apply: 1- Fitting new boiler in exact same location 2- The boiler flue exits horizontally directly behind or to the side of the boiler 3- The flue terminal is not within 300mm of a window/door opening into the building (hence no need for a plume management kit) 4- The flue terminal is at least 2m off the ground (hence no terminal guard required) 5- The existing boiler is either a condensing boiler with a condensate pipe connected to the drain internally, or it is within close proximity to an internal drain point 6- The existing boiler is of the same kilowatt rating (i.e. 25kW) 7- The new boiler will fit into the existing space The Greenstar 1000 has the following specifications and features: • Extremely compact and versatile: 655mm x 395mm x 285mm (H x W x D) • A competitive 1:5 modulation range • Approved for use with hydrogen / methane blend (20/80) • Max Central Heating Output of 24kW • Domestic hot water flow rate of 9.8L @ 35C Rise • 5 Years Manufacturers Warranty (Subject to Manufacturers T&C's) What's included? The price which you've got on the screen is fixed and inclusive of VAT for the followings. • Removal, safe disposal and recycling of your existing combi boiler, and installation of a new combi boiler, keeping it in the same location • Installation of the required flue, excluding any extra elbows and extensions • All required alterations to pipework and fixings • Power flush of your home's existing pipework and radiators • Chemical inhibitor treatment to protect your central heating system and keep it working efficiently, for longer • Parts and labour warranty, direct with the manufacturer (subject to annual servicing) • Magnetic filter installation • CO Alarm • Installation of the Hive Smart Wireless Room Thermostat • Re-balance of your entire heating system, where required • New installation, or upgrade of a condensate pipe (within close proximity of an internal drain point) • Post-install building control and warranty registration Exclusions: • Mains gas pipe upgrade from the meter (if required) • Installation of flue extensions, elbows and flue kits • Installation of condensate pipes terminating externally FIXED PRICE: £2,142 OR £24.08 per month* * 10 Yr instalments, 13.9% APR & 25% Deposit For flue extensions, please consider £120 per extra metre of extension.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 48h in advance to avoid loss of your service job deposit. Rescheduling, however, can be arranged up to 24h prior to the scheduled service date, without loss of your securing deposit.
