Note: We endeavour to have your engineer with you at the scheduled time. However, you must appreciate that no one can put a fixed time on any diagnosis and repair session and it may take longer than scheduled to complete a session once components are removed to be checked and replaced.

Therefore, please allow up to 2 extra hours beyond your scheduled booking time for your engineer to arrive.
