£150 + parts: Annual boiler service to keep your boiler's warranty valid
Service Description
A regular service is charged at £150 + parts and includes checking your boiler for safe operation, cleaning and servicing of system components. This would include cleaning any magnetic filters installed on the system and the condensate traps in condensing boilers, as well as flue gases analysis and making adjustment to the expansion vessel air pressure, the system water pressure and gas valve adjustments as required by your boiler manufacturer. The check up of your boiler may reveal that a more extensive full strip down service is required. This will be charged at £250 labour + parts. If you also require a gas safety certificate, an additional £50 will cover the cost of a combined service, for a gas boiler and gas cooker/hob.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations, please contact us at least 48h in advance to avoid loss of your service job deposit. Rescheduling, however, can be arranged up to 24h prior to the scheduled service date, without loss of your securing deposit.
