The charge for this service is £120, unless toilet pan needs removing.

  • From 120 British pounds

Service Description

Routine toilet faults and failures may include any of the followings: - Toilet Not Flushing - Leaking Toilet - Overflowing Cistern - Water Tank Taking Too Long To Fill - Toilet making vibrations and banging noise when filling up - Toilet Clogged Up (please see our Drain Unblock Service) The time taken for each repair is dependent on the access to components, presence of isolation valves and the type of fault. Sometimes, the toilet pan has to be removed for a repair and it may be very hard to remove rusted screws or bolts. The labour charge to fix your toilet is £120 given that there's an isolation valve fitted on the pipe connecting to the cistern. If you don't have an isolation valve, we'll shut the water and install one for you as part of the repair, but this will incur an extra charge of £20. If the pan requires removal as part of the fix, a surcharge of £60 will apply. Parts will be charged separately. In some occasions, you may find it more desirable to replace your toilet altogether. This will incur the same labour charge, but you'll be responsible for disposal of your old unit. However, if you prefer, we can dispose of your old toilet for an extra charge of £40.
